Strawberry Jam and Coconut Meal Pack
Overview
Homemade strawberry jam in summer can be eaten at any time, mixed with yogurt, and baked, which is very convenient. Today I used strawberry jam to make dinner bags, which are soft and sweet. Warm up a meal bag and add a cup of hot milk in the morning, and you have a perfect breakfast.

Steps
-
Put all the ingredients except butter and coconut into the bread bucket, start the dough process, and wait for 30 minutes.
-
Knead the dough until a thick film comes out, add butter, and knead for another 20 minutes until the dough expands. Place in a warm place to ferment. When the dough has doubled in size, dip your finger in flour and poke the dough. If the dough does not shrink or collapse, the dough is ready.
-
After the dough is deflated, divide into 6 portions, roll into balls and let rest for 15 minutes.
-
Flatten the dough and fill it with strawberry jam.
-
Place the bread dough seam side down into the baking pan, place in a warm place, and wait for the second fermentation.
-
Let the bread dough ferment again until it is 1.5 times its original size. Brush the surface with egg yolk liquid and sprinkle with grated coconut.
-
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, place the baking sheet in the middle of the oven, and bake for 25 minutes.
-
Immediately after baking, take out the bread, let it cool, put it into a plastic bag, and store it in a sealed bag at room temperature.
-
Soft and sweet snack bag.
