Homestyle quick steak
Overview
When I went to the supermarket to buy New Year goods, I found cut steaks for sale at the beef counter. Although the price was much more expensive than ordinary meat, it looked pretty good. I bought a piece and marinated it at home and made a quick steak. The quality of the steak was good, and it didn't shrink much after being cooked. The plate couldn't hold it, so I had to cut it up and put it on the plate. It was just for two people.

Pat the beef loosely with the back of a knife, add light soy sauce, black pepper, and sugar and marinate for more than half an hour.

Boil water in a pot, blanch the broccoli, take out the cool boiled water and set aside.

Pour an appropriate amount of olive oil into the pot, add chopped onions and fry until fragrant.

Put the steak into the pot

When one side is cooked, flip over and cook the other side. (How deep to fry depends on your preference)

Place the cooked steak on a plate, garnish with vegetables, and drizzle with black pepper sauce.
