Stir cocoa powder and 2g baking powder into the flour and set aside.

Separate the egg yolks and egg whites, beat the egg yolks at low speed until pale and add milk.

Stir the milk and egg yolks until thick.

Pour the egg yolk paste into the prepared flour and mix evenly.

Beat the egg whites at low speed until fish-eye bubbles appear, then add 20g of sugar.

After a relatively fine foam appears, add 20g of white sugar and beat at high speed.

Beat the egg whites until they can form small peaks.

Take 1/3 of the beaten egg whites and fold gently into the egg yolk flour batter.

Mix all the remaining egg whites with the cake batter evenly, being careful not to make circles to defoam, and be gentle.

Grease the cake mold and set aside.

Pour the cake batter into the mold and shake slightly to release the air.

Bring the steamer to a boil, put the mold in, and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes, take out the cake mold, invert it on a cake stand, let it cool completely and then unmold it and place it on a plate.
