Overview
The meat of tilapia is delicious and tender, and tastes great whether braised or cooked. Nile tilapia has been measured to contain 20.5 grams of protein, 6.93 grams of fat, 148 kcal of calories, 70 mg of calcium, 50 mg of sodium, 37 mg of phosphorus, 1 mg of iron, 10.1 mg of vitamin B, and 0.12 mg of vitamin B2 per 100 grams of meat.

The ingredients are ready and the fish is scored

Heat the oil until it is 70% to 80% hot, fry the fish until it is slightly brown (my skin stuck to the pan) and take it out
