Chicken Wings with Rice

Chicken Wings with Rice

Overview

The first time I tried it, it was not as difficult as I thought. It is recommended that the scrambled eggs be lighter and not too complicated. Highlight the flavor of chicken wings.

  2. Use a knife to make a few circles around the bones, and then scrape down with the knife.

  3. Scrape the bottom of the first bone and break it off directly. Just pull it out

  4. There are many tendons at the connection between the second and first bones, so be careful not to break the skin. I cut it with scissors and then scraped it with a knife.

  5. Just scrape it to the bottom and break it off directly. Turning the skin over.

  6. Beat the eggs, shred the vegetables, and mix the rice with some oil. Spare!

  7. Heat the pan, scramble the eggs, and set aside

  8. Stir-fry, stir-fry off the water until soft, add salt, don’t overcook, set aside

  9. Scramble eggs, add vegetables, add eggs, stir fry until almost done and add soy sauce to taste. I try to make the scrambled eggs as light as possible, because the chicken wings also need seasoning

  10. Pour the fried rice and set aside, ready to stuff the chicken wings. I use a spoon

  11. After deboning the chicken wings and washing them, it is best to use kitchen paper to absorb excess water to prevent the scrambled eggs from becoming sticky.

  12. Load it up and put it in the pot! Heat the pan, add oil, then put the chicken wings down and fry both sides.

  13. When I turned it over, I used a spatula and accidentally broke the skin...

  14. It is almost fried and the skin is yellow and shiny. Just put it in the microwave (because there is no oven)

  15. For the sauce, I mixed it with sugar + soy sauce + pork rib sauce, and then applied it on. The reason is that I am afraid that if the sauce is too thin, the rice inside will be sticky and not dry. (The tragedy of not having an oven)

  16. Apply it several times and bake the reverse side as well. If the color is about the same, that's it. I probably put it in the microwave for about ten minutes in total. Remove and coat with sauce several times and turn over.

  17. Eat right away!

  18. The rice is still dry and has clear grains
