Overview
The old-fashioned chicken cake in my memory, a small cake, one bite at a time, has the taste of my childhood. This cake is made with whole eggs. When baked for a longer time, it will have a solid texture and crispy skin. It will feel like a crispy cake when it is freshly baked. When the heat is right, the texture will be moist and soft. I prefer the former, but my husband prefers the latter. It depends on personal preference.
