Fried pork cutlet
Overview
If you want to eat a burger, but you really don’t dare to eat it outside, just make it yourself! Put the cutlet into the prepared hamburger embryo and serve with your favorite vegetables

Remove tendons from tenderloin and slice into thin slices

Tear the toast bread with your hands and chop it with a knife. You can use it as long as it can be made into bread crumbs (mine has granules, so it tastes better)

While the oil is heating, we will cook the meat slices, coat them in egg batter, add bread crumbs, cover them with bread crumbs and compact them, and make all the meat slices
