Ingredients required: leftover rice, squid, spicy cabbage, green onions, cooking wine, thirteen spices, and beef powder.

Cut the squid into small dices, don’t break them too much, add a little cooking wine to remove the fishy smell, add thirteen spices and salt and stir evenly to add the base flavor. Don't add too much, just a little.

Cut the spicy cabbage into small pieces, not too chopped.

Heat oil in a pan over high heat, add squid and stir-fry.

When the squid changes color, add spicy cabbage and stir-fry.

When the soup in the pot is almost dry, add rice and stir-fry.

Turn to medium to low heat and add appropriate amount of thirteen spices.
