Ugly ears, spare.

The ugly ears after soaking for an hour are as shown in the picture.

Dig out the roots, wash them and tear them into small florets.

Peel the pears, cut into small cubes and set aside.

Soak lotus seeds in water overnight and set aside.

Rock sugar and wolfberry, set aside.

Heat the pot and add the clover and enough purified water.
