Cut the tofu skin into thin strips and set aside.

Homemade mung bean sprouts, purely natural, no additives and no pollution, wash them clean, control the water, put them in a plate and set aside.

Slice garlic and cut red pepper into small pieces and set aside.

Heat the pot, add an appropriate amount of oil, add the garlic and chili and saute until fragrant, then add the mung bean sprouts and tofu skin, season with an appropriate amount of salt and a little light soy sauce, and stir-fry a few times.
