Secret vinegar peanuts
Overview
Vinegar peanuts are very nutritious. This is a must-have dish at family gatherings. My husband also likes to eat it, so he often makes it and refrigerates it in the refrigerator, and takes it out when eating. After the vinegar peanuts are sprinkled with a little white wine, the texture will become crispy after being left for a long time

Steps
-
Wash and dry the peanuts, cut the bell peppers into small pieces, chop the green onions into fine pieces, smash the garlic and chop into fine pieces
-
Put peanuts in cold oil in a cold pot, fry slowly over low heat, use a non-stick pan, and use peanut oil, so that the fried peanuts do not eat oil
-
Sprinkle the fried peanuts with a little white wine and let cool
-
Four spoons of vinegar, one spoon of light soy sauce, a small spoon of rock sugar powder (you can use white sugar, my family basically uses rock sugar powder to make food, and I feel that white sugar is easy to get angry), a little salt, minced garlic, and make a vinegar sauce
-
Add colored peppers
-
Pour the vinegar sauce and put it in the refrigerator to taste better
