Overview
I have always wanted to bake margarita cookies. I like their fluffy texture and appearance. I feel happy every time I eat them.

Cut the butter into small cubes and let it soften at room temperature. Add the powdered sugar and beat

Use a strainer to sift the cooked egg yolks into the butter

Mix butter and egg yolk powder evenly

Sift in the cornstarch and flour and knead into a dough

Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for an hour to set

After an hour, take out the dough, divide it into equal parts, roll it into small balls and put them on a baking sheet lined with oil paper. Press the balls with your thumbs, and there will be natural cracks on the edges of the cookies

After preheating the oven, 175°, 20 minutes, the edges will be slightly browned, mine was a bit overdone.
