This is actually a work of proof~ Why do I say this? I posted a brown sugar fermented rice cake before. I fermented it with fermented fermented rice and did not add any baking powder. As a result, a netizen insisted that I secretly put yeast in it, otherwise how could it be fermented. I, Tianluo, have made some good things and some bad ones, but I can’t lie to others! Last time I bought rice wine from the supermarket. Well, there might be yeast mixed in. This time we will make it ourselves without adding any yeast to see if it can rise! I just happened to have a little leftover from the rice wine I made recently, so I gave it a try!
