Ingredients: cabbage, boiled shrimp, frozen tofu

Tear the cabbage into small pieces, wash and set aside.

Peel the boiled shrimps and remove the meat. Set aside.

Place the frozen tofu on a chopping board and cut it into pieces, set aside.

Heat oil in a pan, add chopped cabbage and stir-fry.

Then, add the sliced frozen tofu and stir-fry.

Then, add appropriate amount of water.

Bring to a boil and cook until the cabbage is cooked through.

Then, add the peeled shrimp meat and stir-fry.

Finally, add an appropriate amount of light soy sauce.

Add appropriate amount of salt.

Add appropriate amount of chicken essence.

Season, stir-fry and serve.

Remove from pan and plate.
