Coconut cake
Overview
Cake ingredients are really cheap in German supermarkets, costing about 25 yuan, but in a cake shop, a piece of cake costs only about 15 yuan. Of course, the most important thing to enjoy is drinking coffee, eating pastries, chatting, and having afternoon tea with friends. Either way, I think making cakes is a good deal. I'm going to a friend's house tomorrow. I made a cake specially for this purpose. It won't be a bad idea to bring something with me when I'm going to someone else's house.

Material preparation: 500 grams of buttermilk, 3 cups of flour (a mug you usually use for drinking water), 2 cups of sugar, 3 eggs, 150 grams of cream, a pinch of salt, 50 grams of butter, a bag of shredded coconut (200 grams), a bag of baking powder (15 grams), and a bag of vanilla extract (8 grams).

Make a baking sheet.

Mix flour and baking powder evenly.

Mix eggs, buttermilk, salt, vanilla extract, and 2/8 cups of sugar until evenly mixed. Add the sugar little by little and mix easily.

Add the flour and baking powder mixture prepared earlier little by little and mix evenly.

Mix sugar (a quarter of a cup) and shredded coconut until evenly mixed.

Pour the batter into the baking pan.

Sprinkle in coconut sugar mixture and smooth with a spoon.

Place in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 30 minutes. Test: Take a chopstick and insert it in and out. If there is no batter on the chopstick, it means it is cooked. Pay attention to check during the process. If the shredded coconut turns brown quickly (and the batter is not yet cooked), you can cover it with another piece of baking paper to prevent it from scorching.

Put another pot into a pot, turn on the lowest heat, add butter, pour in cream, and cook slowly.
