Overview
The taste of my childhood, a handful of Sichuan peppercorns and a piece of pumpkin can make pumpkin noodles with delicious soup, numbing aroma and delicious taste.

Prepare flour.

Add salt into it and mix it into a fluffy consistency.

Roll the dough into a thin sheet, roll it up with a rolling pin, and cut it with a knife from the top.

After cutting, fold the dough piece like this.

Cut into strips.

Finally cut into diamond-shaped pieces.

Pour oil into the pot, add peppercorns over low heat and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add the chopped green onions and pumpkin and stir-fry for a while.

Add water to the pot, and when the water boils, cook the pumpkin until tender.
