Overview

I dug out the sauced beef that my mother-in-law made during the Spring Festival in the freezer, and asked my husband. He said he didn’t want to eat it. It had been sitting there for almost half a year, so I decided to make it into beef jerky. It’s curry-flavored, and my kids also like it. I made it after dinner.
