Curry beef jerky
Overview
I dug out the sauced beef that my mother-in-law made during the Spring Festival in the freezer, and asked my husband. He said he didn’t want to eat it. It had been sitting there for almost half a year, so I decided to make it into beef jerky. It’s curry-flavored, and my kids also like it. I made it after dinner. When the roasted beef was basically dry, I turned off the heat and left it in the pot overnight. The next morning, I added some heat and sprinkled some curry powder. This way, it was easier

Cut the beef in sauce into large pieces.

Place in a pot and sprinkle with curry powder, no need to add oil, medium-low heat.

Slowly stir-fry until all the moisture is absorbed.
