I remember when I was a kid, I loved how my mother used leeks to make egg dumplings. When fried, the whole house would be filled with a delicious aroma. The leeks planted in the flower pot have grown taller, and I guess it’s time for a delicious meal. Fry a small handful and make it into egg dumplings.

  1. Wash the leeks and remove the yellow leaves

  3. Add two eggs, a spoonful of starch, appropriate amount of sugar and salt to taste
