Walnut and multigrain dough cakes
Overview
For the healthy growth of children, whole grains must be eaten regularly, and of course they must be made carefully to make them delicious. This time I made some cookies by mixing walnuts and oatmeal, cornmeal and white flour. Deliciousness is a must, but what about nutrition? The nutrients contained in this cookie are very beneficial to the growth and development of the body and brain.

Steps
-
Put the cooked walnut kernels into the dry grinding cup of the food processor.
-
Start the food processor and grind the walnut kernels into powder.
-
The oatmeal is also placed in a cooking cup and ground into powder.
-
Cornmeal, oat flour, walnut flour, and white flour are collected. Add sugar. Mix it up.
-
Yeast is ready. Pour in warm milk to melt the yeast.
-
Pour the milk into the mixed flour.

Knead it into a dough and knead it for a while until it is smooth on your hands, in the basin and on the surface. Let rise for about 50 minutes.
-
It took 50 minutes to get better hair, (there were big honeycomb eyes in the facial tissue)
-
Take out the dough and knead it evenly.
-
Divide into small dough balls, any size, roll them into round shapes (but I think they are smaller and cuter). I divided them into 9 pieces.
-
Roll each dough ball into an oval shape.
-
Put oil in the pan, I use a non-stick pan, just put a little less. Place the rolled out cookies.
-
Fry over low heat until golden brown on both sides and cooked through.
