Prepare glutinous rice flour, sugar, and white sesame seeds.

Boil water to dissolve the sugar. When it is warm, pour in the glutinous rice flour, stir well, and knead into a smooth dough. Cover with plastic wrap and let it rise for half an hour.

Knead a small ball, roll in sesame seeds, and press it properly with your hands to avoid falling off during frying.

Add sesame oil and add oil. The oil temperature does not need to be too high. You can press it appropriately when frying and the sesame balls will expand even more.
