Pour the butter mixture, dissolved yeast, and remaining water into the flour, knead it into a smooth dough, cover it with plastic wrap, and let it ferment at room temperature until it doubles in size. Take it out, knead out the air inside, and let it rest for about 15 minutes. Roll it out into a dough of about 1cm.

  6. Take out the donut mold and pop out the donuts.

  7. Brush a layer of egg wash on the surface. You don’t need to paint it, 27 thinks it looks better if you play with the color~

  8. Put it in the preheated oven at 180℃ for about 15 minutes, and bake until the surface is golden brown. If you like deep-frying, just put it in the oil pan! Hehe~
