Ingredients
Steps
-
After the butter is softened, add fine sugar and salt and beat evenly with a hand mixer until it becomes slightly fluffy.
-
Soak the yeast powder in the planned water first.
-
Add milk powder and mix well.
-
Add the egg liquid in portions and mix evenly.
-
Pour the butter mixture, dissolved yeast, and remaining water into the flour, knead it into a smooth dough, cover it with plastic wrap, and let it ferment at room temperature until it doubles in size. Take it out, knead out the air inside, and let it rest for about 15 minutes. Roll it out into a dough of about 1cm.
-
Take out the donut mold and pop out the donuts.
-
Brush a layer of egg wash on the surface. You don’t need to paint it, 27 thinks it looks better if you play with the color~
-
Put it in the preheated oven at 180℃ for about 15 minutes, and bake until the surface is golden brown. If you like deep-frying, just put it in the oil pan! Hehe~
-
Add some whole grains such as oats to the remaining dough and bake an ugly whole grain bread~hee hee~
-
After the donuts are out of the pan, sprinkle a little sugar on top and enjoy~
-
The one I gave to my sister was not sprinkled with powdered sugar, and it was just as delicious as the original one~
-
Okay~ I wish everyone good appetite~ See you next time~~
