Oreo Madeline
Overview
A simple and easy-to-make madeleine cake with a pleasing appearance. The recipe is based on Mengyue’s teacher’s small stove, and the dark chocolate powder is replaced with Oreo biscuit crumbs. It is delicious.

Pour the whole eggs and powdered sugar into a bowl and mix evenly.

Mix well until there are no lumps.

Sift the cake flour and Oreo powder together with the baking powder and add to the egg mixture.

Fold the batter evenly.

Melt the butter in hot water in advance, then pour it into the mixed egg batter.

Stir slowly and mix evenly. Refrigerate for one hour.

Pour the refrigerated batter into a piping bag, squeeze the batter into the mold and fill it up to 8 minutes. Preheat the oven, put the middle layer on low heat, and set it to 180 degrees for 15 minutes.

Melt the white chocolate chunks over water, unmold the baked madeleines, dip them in the melted white chocolate and add some sugar beads for decoration.
