Nutritional milkshake two flavors
Overview
What I am sharing today are two nutritious milkshakes using the popular health foods purple sweet potato and corn, and paired with fruit. One is a purple potato banana milkshake and the other is a sweet corn mango milkshake. As a home dessert, it combines whole grains, fruits, and milk. Needless to say, it is healthy and nutritious, but the taste is wonderful. Among them, the sweet corn mango milkshake is my original creation, which I will focus on here.

Serves two people: Prepare two sweet corns, an appropriate amount of mango, and 200 ml of milk
