This cake is simpler than most cakes. It is created with Tomato's own little ideas, hence the name. This cake is very tolerant. Changing the ingredients within a certain range will not cause any production problems. In fact, it can be said to be a cake with zero failure rate.

Let’s make the cake body first. Mix the egg whites, 1/3 of the coconut milk, and vanilla extract evenly with a whisk

Take another large bowl, pour in low-gluten flour, butter, caster sugar, baking powder, and salt and beat evenly with an electric whisk until the butter and flour are thoroughly mixed

Then pour in the coconut milk, use the low speed of the whisk to beat until the flour is completely moist, then change to high speed and beat thoroughly for half a minute

Add the liquid mixed in the first step in two batches, and beat with a whisk at high speed for half a minute after each addition

After whipping, it becomes cake batter

Apply a thin layer of butter to the inner wall of the square cake mold (A05) to prevent sticking

Pour the cake batter into 2/3 of the mold

Place in a preheated 175° oven on the middle rack and bake for 40 minutes until the cake is completely risen. Remove the baked cake from the oven and cool

The cake can be unmoulded when it is completely cooled

After unmoulding, use a bread knife to cut off the bulging part on the top, and then cut the cake into 3-4 slices

Brush ingredients are boiled into rum syrup. Cook until the sugar is completely melted. After boiling, turn off the heat and pour in the rum to make rum syrup

Take a piece of cake and brush it with a thin layer, then spread a layer of dark chocolate sauce on the surface and smooth it

Cover with the second slice of cake and brush with rum syrup

Apply another layer of pineapple jam and cover with the third layer of cake. Place it in the refrigerator overnight and then cut it into three pieces. Cut off the outer edge of the cake to reveal a neat cut surface. Spread dark chocolate sauce on the surface of each piece of cake and sprinkle with white chocolate chips as decoration
