Snail slices, mushrooms and cordyceps flower soup
Overview
This soup is better for women to drink. It nourishes yin and nourishes the skin. It will taste better if chicken is used. But I can't buy half a fresh chicken and don't like to eat frozen, so I use pork bones. The fat of big bone ribs is too big, so I use keel bones.

Wash the keel and rinse it with boiling water

Soak the mushrooms in advance, wash them, and cut off the roots

Wash the snail slices and heads well. The snail heads are very fresh. You can use them if you don’t have them. I basically don’t need salt when using them. The soup is fresh enough.

Wash the cordyceps flowers too

Cut three pieces of ginger, throw all the ingredients into the pot, and add water to cover the ingredients by about 5 cm. If you use a soup pot, add more water, and more will evaporate.

After the finished product comes out, add salt according to your own taste. Do not add it while cooking. I don't use salt, this soup has enough flavor.
