Wash the steak.

Add the steak to the pan and stir-fry until the water is dry.

Sauté the dry steak and take it out.

After the oil is hot, add the hot pot ingredients and melt.

Add ginger and garlic slices and saute until fragrant.

Add scallions and sauté until fragrant.

Add steak and stir-fry.

Stir fry evenly.

Sauté until steak is slightly golden.

Add water to cover the steak and cook for 30 minutes.

Add the chopped bamboo shoots and cook for 30 minutes.
