Prepare the eggs and carrots. Crack the eggs into a bowl and cut the carrots into thin slices.

Scratch the eggs.

Heat oil in a pan.

When the oil is 70% hot, add the eggs and stir-fry quickly.

The scrambled eggs are first served in a bowl.

Leave oil in the pot, add green pepper and garlic and stir-fry until cooked.
