Fryer Honey Roasted Chestnuts
Overview
Chestnuts are on the market in large quantities. On weekdays, I always make snacks and eat very little food. Usually they are baked and eaten directly. One day someone asked, can it be baked like the candied chestnuts on the street? Put some sugar on it. I originally planned to bake it in the oven, but there were so many chestnuts that it didn’t fit into a baking pan, and it happened to be a frying pan, so I used a frying pan. Chestnuts strengthen the spleen and stomach, nourish the kidneys and strengthen the waist, and nourish qi and blood. It is suitable for people with weak spleen and stomach, old age and physical weakness, weak waist and knees, dryness of the lungs and chronic cough, kidney deficiency and constipation, etc. However, eating too many chestnuts can stagnate your qi, so it’s better to stop in moderation.
