Buy pig casings, of better quality, soak them in warm water, thread them with a casing tool and set aside.

Buy a combination of lean meat and fatty meat, then make it into mince yourself, add seasonings and mix well

It's best to make it for the first time with two people. I'm doing it alone and it's my first time. I don't need to twist the intestine rope a few times to make it into sections. Put it in the pot and let it cook until it is set. Don't cook it over medium heat. After it's set, steam it for half an hour.
