I have fallen madly in love with cookies recently. I have tried many recipes online. This recipe is my favorite. The pattern is very three-dimensional and the cookies are fragrant and crispy. They are especially delicious.

Let the butter soften at room temperature. You can easily poke holes with your fingers. Beat it with a whisk until it turns white

Put the fine sugar into the milk, heat it over water to melt the sugar. After the milk liquid has cooled, pour it into the butter in two batches and beat until it is fine and shiny (the butter must be beaten well so that the pattern will be three-dimensional)

Mix flour, almond flour and salt, sift, pour into butter, mix well

Put it into a piping bag, I use a 20-tooth piping nozzle

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees in the middle and heat up and down for 15 minutes (the specific time will depend on your oven temperature and the thickness of the cookies you squeeze out)
