Prepare ingredients (melt butter over water)

Chop the durian meat and set aside

Mix 4 egg yolks + milk powder + Greek yogurt + butter, sift in high-gluten flour and baking powder and mix well

1.Add 2 drops of vinegar and 1 spoon of sugar

Lay out oiled paper (if there is no paper, you can apply oil)
