  1. Wash and cut the cabbage into cubes, shred the carrots, and chop the garlic and set aside.

  2. Heat a little oil in a pot over high heat, add peppercorns, cabbage, shredded carrots and garlic and stir-fry. Add a little water, add soy sauce and oyster sauce and stir-fry until soft.

  3. Finally, add a little white vinegar, sugar and continue to stir-fry. Add a little salt and serve.
