Cake crust: 240g flour, 2.5g baking powder, 20g sugar, 1.6g crushed rose flowers, 1g salt, 48g eggs, 48g water, 70g sunflower oil, 32g honey. Filling: 270g rose cloud leg mooncake filling.

Pour eggs, honey, sugar, salt, oil, and water into a large bowl.

Mix well.

Add crushed rose flowers and mix well.

Sift the flour and baking powder into the sugar liquid.

Knead into dough, cover with plastic wrap and rest for half an hour.

Divide the dough and filling into 12 portions.

Take a piece of dough, flatten it and add the filling.

Place the collar downwards.

Place on a baking sheet, place in a preheated oven at 200 degrees, middle rack, and bake for about 25 minutes.
