Peel lily into petals, wash and set aside.

Wash the spinach and cut into 5 cm long segments.

Blanch the spinach in boiling water.

Cut onions into sections and slice garlic and set aside.

Heat the wok, add cooking oil and sauté the garlic slices until fragrant.

Add lily and stir-fry twice, pour half a bowl of water and bring to a boil, then simmer over low heat for two minutes.

Add spinach and stir-fry.
