Octopus with soy sauce
Overview
I cooked octopus once before, and it was boiled out in a large basin of water. It tasted very old and fishy, so I never bought it again. I found a few cooking books online and this dish was in the book, so I quickly bought enough ingredients to make it! Even my dad laughs at me. If I was so active in studying before, I don’t know where I am now~~ Learn and learn to eat

Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare the ingredients (for 2 people), shred the onion and ginger, mince the garlic and set aside
-
Clean the octopus and remove the internal organs and eyes. When I bought this, someone did it for me. Add a piece of ginger and 1 spoon of cooking wine and marinate for at least 5 minutes (if you are not in a hurry, it is best to marinate for 1 hour)
-
Put water in a small pot, add 1 spoon of cooking wine and bring it to a boil. Add the octopus and blanch it for 2 minutes (the book says 30 seconds is enough. I'm afraid it's not cooked yet and I don't want to eat raw food. If you don't mind, feel free to do so)
-
Take it out, drain it, and rinse it with clean water
-
Put it into a bowl of ice water prepared in advance and soak it for 10 minutes
-
Take a wok, add an appropriate amount of salad oil, heat it up, add 5g of ginger + 10g of garlic + 50g of onion, stir-fry until the onion becomes soft, and transfer it to a bowl.
-
Add drained octopus
-
Add 2 tablespoons of noodle sauce and mix well (I thought it was too spicy, so I put the chili pepper in but took it out again) and let it sit for a few hours before eating, it will be more delicious
-
The octopus made this way is not fishy at all and tastes very tender~~
