Overview
On the second day of February, the dragon raises its head. Customs vary from place to place, and the food eaten is of course slightly different. My husband’s family eats pork head meat, dumplings, etc. In my hometown, pancakes are eaten. Different ways of eating them have different meanings. I made the five-spice leek pancakes this morning
