Overview

The recipe comes from Rabbit Happiness. It was made by halving it. The original recipe used fine sugar, but it happened to be used up, so I used pure sugar powder instead. I don’t know if it will have any impact on the finished product. The texture of this biscuit I made is hard and crisp. I added peanut powder that I ground myself. Maybe because the amount is not much, the taste of peanuts is almost impossible to taste.

  2. Mix corn oil, pure sugar powder and egg liquid evenly

  3. Mix low-gluten flour, baking soda, and peanut powder evenly, then sift together into the liquid 2

  5. Divide the dough into small balls of 15g each, place them on a baking sheet lined with tin foil or oil paper, and use a 50g mooncake round mold to press out the pattern

  6. In the middle rack of the oven, heat up and down to 160 degrees for 25-30 minutes
