Condensed Milk Honey Bean Roll
Overview
I opened a can of condensed milk at home before, but I haven’t used it in a few days. Although this sweet thing is not easy to spoil, it is not good to keep it for a long time. It seems that I have to find a way to get rid of it as soon as possible recently. . Ingredients: Dough: 300g high-gluten flour, 20g fine sugar, 40g condensed milk, 28g egg liquid, 3g salt, 3g yeast, 142g milk, 30g butter. Filling: appropriate amount of honey red beans

After fermentation is completed, brush a layer of egg wash on the surface

-
Let cool out of the oven and then seal and store
