Wash the prawns and put them in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Remove the heads, shells and devein the shrimps;

Wash the shrimp heads and shells and drain them;

Put an appropriate amount of oil in a small pot, and while the oil is still hot, add the shrimp heads and shells;

Heat over low heat without stirring at first. When the oil heats up, stir the shrimp heads from time to time so that each shrimp head can be fully heated;

Finally, boil the water from the shrimp heads and shells until the oil in the pot turns red and many big bubbles appear. At this point, you can turn to high heat and fry for a minute to force out the oil in the shrimp heads;

Remove the shrimp heads with a slotted spoon, control the oil and bottle the shrimp oil. When controlling the oil, you can press the shrimp head to allow the shrimp oil to drain completely.
