Grilled Chicken Wings with Rice Cake and Potatoes

Wash the chicken wings and make a few cuts. You can marinate it in oyster sauce or not

Cut the potatoes into cubes and soak the rice cakes in water

Heat oil in a pan, add onion, ginger and garlic and saute until fragrant

Add chicken wings and fry until both sides are golden brown, add a spatula of cooking wine, half a spatula of dark soy sauce, and a spatula of light soy sauce

Add potatoes and pour water to cover half of the ingredients

Cover and simmer for 5 minutes, then open the lid and turn the chicken wings over, cover and simmer for another 3 minutes.

Open the lid and add rice cake

Reduce the juice over high heat. If you feel it is not salty enough, you can add some salt.

Get out of the pot!
