Ingredients 1: Chicken wings

Ingredients 2: Vegetable oil, salt, pepper powder, light soy sauce, and white sugar.

Ingredients three: green onions and ginger.

Put the chicken wings, green onions, and minced ginger in a container, add an appropriate amount of vegetable oil, salt, pepper powder, and light soy sauce, stir well, and marinate for 1 hour.

Add appropriate amount of vegetable oil to the pot.

When the oil is slightly hot, add appropriate amount of sugar.

Wait until yellow sugar foam floats on top of the oil.

Add the soaked chicken wings and stir-fry until the chicken wings are evenly colored. This process takes about 8 minutes.

Leave the green onions and ginger for marinating the chicken wings out of the pot for now.

Add warm water to the pot to cover the chicken wings.

Cover the pot and bring to a simmer over medium heat.

When the soup is about to thicken, add an appropriate amount of salt and the scallions and ginger from the previously marinated chicken wings, and cook until the soup thickens.

It’s ready to be cooked.
