First filter the original yogurt through coffee filter paper for 10 to 15 minutes to remove excess water.

Wash the asparagus, cut off the older roots, and cut into desired lengths. Boil water in a pot. When the water boils, add asparagus and turn off the heat. Blanch for 2 minutes, then take out and soak in ice water to cool down.

Drain the plain yogurt, add honey and Dijon mustard and mix well.

Spin the asparagus dry or use kitchen paper towels to absorb the water, and pour the prepared yogurt sauce on top. Done.
