Steps
-
Place all ingredients except butter into the bread machine and start the dough program.
-
At the end of the dough mixing process, add 20 grams of butter and continue pressing the start button until the end of the dough rising process.
-
The dough has completed its first fermentation and has reached 2 or 5 times its size.
-
Take out the fermented dough, flatten it and deflate it, cover it tightly and let it rise for ten minutes.
-
Shape the dough into baking pan-sized pieces. I put it directly into the baking pan and pressed it into pieces by hand.
-
Place the dough sheet on a greased baking sheet and use a fork to make holes evenly to prevent it from puffing up during baking. Put it in the oven for the second fermentation until it doubles in size. Keep the humidity in the oven for fermentation.
-
Take out the fermented dough and brush with egg wash. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for ten minutes in advance.
-
After brushing with egg wash, sprinkle an appropriate amount of white sesame seeds and chopped green onion evenly.
-
Place in the middle rack of the oven and bake at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
-
The finished product is baked.
-
When the finished product is lukewarm, turn it over and remove the edges, and spread an appropriate amount of salad dressing evenly on it.
-
Sprinkle an appropriate amount of pork floss.
-
Make a few cuts on the area where you want to roll the bread, but do not cut it all the way down. Roll the bread up and secure it with oil paper for ten minutes.
-
Cut the rolls into equal pieces.
-
Spread salad dressing on both sides.
-
Finish by attaching the meat floss.
-
Finished product.
