Overview
I was preparing to cook breakfast early in the morning, and when I saw the leftover cold rice, broccoli, and carrots from last night in the refrigerator, I thought not to waste it, so I made fried rice with the leftover cold rice, broccoli, and carrots.

Put peanut oil in a hot pan, put broccoli and carrots into the hot pan for 2 minutes, add some salt, sugar and soy sauce
