Wash the baby cabbage, blanch it in a pot and take it out. Soak the vermicelli in hot water until soft, take it out and spread it on the bottom of the plate. Chop the garlic and onions and set aside. Put all the seasonings into a bowl and set aside.

Spread the soaked vermicelli on the bottom of the plate.

Place the blanched cabbage on top of the vermicelli, sprinkle with minced garlic, crushed chili pepper, and pour the seasoning on top.

Steam the hot water for 5 minutes, pour hot oil over it, and the fragrant garlic vermicelli is ready.
