Overview
My husband is from the north and likes to eat pasta. After coming to the south, he often eats rice, which he doesn’t like, so I had to do it myself and learn to make some pasta for him. This is my first time making this shaved noodles, so I may not be very good at it, but my husband enjoys it.

Pour the flour into a basin, add 2 grams of salt and mix well, then slowly pour in the water while stirring to form a snowflake shape

Use your hands to knead the dough into a dough. Knead for a while and the dough will become more chewy

Wrap it in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator

Shred all ingredients, mince onion, ginger and garlic

Heat oil in a pan, add onion, ginger and garlic and saute until fragrant

Add shredded pork and stir-fry

Pour in the fungus, carrots and celery and stir-fry

Add appropriate amount of water to boil, add salt, light soy sauce, chicken essence and sugar to taste

Frozen noodles and knife for cutting noodles

Cut the noodles into boiling water and cook for 2 to 3 minutes
