Steam the pumpkin and press it into a puree. Mix the flour and yeast and use the pumpkin puree to form a smooth dough. Cover it with a damp cloth and leave it in a warm place to ferment.

After the fermented dough has been fermented, dip your fingers in flour and poke a hole in the dough without collapsing or shrinking.
