Chicken Chop and Tofu
Overview
Chicken Chop Tofu is also a simple and easy home-cooked dish. Authentic Chicken Chop Tofu is cooked just like chicken chop, hence the name. However, I prefer the tofu to be chunkier and tenderer, so I don’t mash it so much. After cooking, mix it with rice and eat it. You can eat one or two more bowls, it’s very appetizing!

Prepare the ingredients, wash the pork and chop into puree, add appropriate amount of cooking wine, salt and pepper, marinate for half an hour.

Peel the tomatoes and dice them, mince the white garlic into minced garlic, chop the green onions, and cut the tofu into small pieces with a knife.

After the wok is heated, add appropriate amount of vegetable oil.

When the oil is hot, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add minced pork.

After the pork is stir-fried, add the diced tomatoes.

After sautéing the diced tomatoes for a while, add half a bowl of water and turn to medium-low heat to simmer out the tomato juice.

Add tofu, turn to high heat and bring to a boil.

Add a little salt and stir the oyster sauce evenly.

Finally, sprinkle some chopped green onion and mix well before serving.
