First mix the dry flour and yeast evenly, then mix with warm water and let it rise for 2 hours until the dough forms a honeycomb shape

Put the red beans and peas that have been soaked for a day into the electric pressure cooker and cook them

Put the stuffed beans into the food processor and beat them a little. Don't beat them too much or they won't be too delicate. The taste won't be very good. If you want to beat them extra finely, it depends on your personal taste. Then mix the white sugar and the beans while they are still hot and cool them down for later use.

Then make the dough into buns and wrap them like buns, then put the pleated side down on the panel and knead it to make it more like a steamed bun. After wrapping, put it in a steamer and steam it for 20 minutes.

If you can’t eat the delicious bean buns after they come out, you can put them in the refrigerator and take them out when you eat them.
