Chive-flavored dried shredded pork
Overview
This is a side dish that I have liked very much since I was a child. In fact, I not only eat leeks and think they have a strong flavor, but when the leeks are stir-fried into this dish, I feel it is particularly fragrant. You might as well give it a try.

Wash and cut the leek into sections, dry and shred

Cut the pork into shreds and marinate it with a little cooking wine starch for a while

Heat oil in a pan, add shredded pork and stir-fry until it changes color

Add the leek and dried fragrant seeds and stir-fry until the leek becomes soft and raw

Add a little light soy sauce and salt, stir-fry evenly
